As I promised, I emailed Club Penguin about the migrator glitch. And they replied.
I said:
Hi Club Penguin!
First of all, I would like to say that you did a great job with the fall fair. I think all the games are really fun.
But the reason I am contacting you is because if I try to enter the Migrator it comes up with an error message saying ‘Please exit your game before leaving the room.’ And I am not in a game.. This has happened to others too, and none of us have been able to get into the migrator. Please help!

So many penguins have been looking forward to it and its wonderful to hear that you think it is a success! We are aware of the bug you have reported and are working very hard to fix it. In the meantime, we really appreciate your patience and while we are fixing this please waddle around the island and check out the amazing games at the Fall Fair! Once this bug is squished you will be able to board the Migrator and check out all the items that Rockhopper has brought for his favorite penguins. Happy Waddling!

The migrator has arrived! But there is an error saying ‘Please exit your game before leaving the room.’
Weird huh? I emailed Club Penguin about this glitch and I will get a reply soon.
I’ll tell you all once it’s fixed.

The fall fair is back!
It’s brought back heaps of cool stuff!
Remember to use up all your tickets before you log off as when you log off any leftover tickets you’ve earned will be gone!
